Plurimatter is an advisory studio for complexity, decision intelligence, and venture validation. We work with mid-market scale-ups and corporate teams who already have data, talent, and ambition — and a decision in front of them that none of those three things are quite cracking on their own.
Plurimatter exists because the three disciplines we bring to every engagement are normally bought separately. Strategy firms don’t run experiments. Data teams don’t model second-order effects. Validation studios don’t sit close enough to the analysis to know when a signal is real. The result is a lot of advisory work that arrives one decision-cycle too late.
We were built around the opposite premise: complexity, data, and validation aren’t three departments — they’re three lenses on the same decision, and they belong in the same room.
The studio is small on purpose. The work is senior on purpose. We’d rather turn down ten engagements that aren’t a fit than run one we couldn’t defend.
